Your needs determine our services. Payroll timesheets and checks, registers and records are provided for you during each pay period. On a quarterly basis, the 941 Forms and Unemployment tax returns will be prepared and submitted for you. For your convenience, we will also prepare and submit all the year-end payroll returns including the W-3 Form, W-2s, and 940 Form.
Our Tax Pay & File services collect the necessary funds in a timely manner and distribute the monies to the appropriate agencies. We eliminate the worry and paperwork for the preparation, depositing, reconciling and filing of tax monies and forms associated with payroll taxes.
Still want to manage payroll yourself? No problem. You can handle the data entry. Let’s just make the process easier. Our Online Employer system has easy-to-use payroll software with access to all needed reports. Your employees can view their check stubs online. We’ll take care of tax withholding and payments. Perhaps you use QuickBooks, but aren’t quite comfortable processing payroll through it. You’re not the first. We’ll take care of all taxes and withholdings payments, issue paychecks, and provide you a tidy file that imports right into your QuickBooks file. The file we create will have all the necessary details so that you can easily complete your bank reconciliations. You see, we believe in “quick” books - as in saving you time.
