Ann joined Jannsen + Company in March 2006. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management. Ann received her SPHR certification in January 2006.
Ann has over 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field. She focuses on assisting clients with a variety of employee relations issues, handbook designs, progressive discipline, terminations and investigations. In addition, Ann works with clients to create and implement new-hire orientation and training programs. With a relaxed and professional approach, she can evaluate a company’s existing human resource practices and rate its effectiveness, compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
Ann is active in many community organizations, including as a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Brookfield Chamber of Commerce. She also volunteers for the Girl Scouts and is involved in various school activities.
