The Federal Minimum Wage update will not impact Wisconsin until the summer of 2009 unless the state adjusts rates earlier. If you have not already received correspondence pursuading you to purchase new labor posters, you will soon. You do not need to purchase these posters. In fact, the Department of Labor has not even created the new posters yet. Once created, they will be available at http://www.dol.gov .
